Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Grosvenor was overall quite lovely. The spa services were delightful, and the dining experience, especially at Simon Radley, was exceptional. However, I did find the room amenities a bit lacking, particularly with the bathroom setup and a small TV. Also, I expected a little more attention to special occasions, given the hotel’s reputation for high service standards.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel for my wife's 40th birthday, appreciating the central location and the comfortable room. However, there were some issues with the dining experience and staff service that made the stay less than perfect. While we enjoyed the executive room, the dining options could be improved, especially the breakfast service and menu variety.
The hotel is a beautiful place to stay with luxurious rooms and excellent service. The central location makes exploring the city a breeze, and the dining options, especially breakfast, offer a lot of variety but could be better. Overall, I found great value for money, but a few service lapses at the bar were disappointing.
My stay at this hotel was pretty enjoyable overall. It has a fantastic location, right in the heart of Chester, making it super easy to explore the local attractions. The staff were genuinely attentive and catered to my needs well, although I did experience some hiccups during the dining experience. The ambiance is great, but some amenities could use a little updating. Overall, I'd say it's good value for a nice getaway.
I had a wonderful experience at The Chester Grosvenor for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The staff treated us like royalty and the suite was absolutely stunning. However, there were some small issues, like missed requests and a minor delay with valet parking upon our departure. Overall, it was a memorable stay, making me eager to return at the right price.
