My stay at the Grosvenor was overall quite lovely. The spa services were delightful, and the dining experience, especially at Simon Radley, was exceptional. However, I did find the room amenities a bit lacking, particularly with the bathroom setup and a small TV. Also, I expected a little more attention to special occasions, given the hotel's reputation for high service standards.

I had a wonderful experience at The Chester Grosvenor for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The staff treated us like royalty and the suite was absolutely stunning.
